It is an independent marketing and information site; it is not operated by URA, LTA, Sing Holdings, Sunway Developments, or any agency authorised by them, and we do not claim to be the project's exclusive marketing agent.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: name, email, optional mobile number, topic, question, and the two consent checkboxes (enquiry contact and optional marketing updates). We do not embed advertising trackers and set no cross-site analytics cookies.

How we use it

To answer your question — and, only if you ticked the optional updates box, to send you project updates. Enquiries are never sold. Marketing consent is separate from enquiry contact and can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention

Enquiry records (form contents plus our replies) are deleted after twelve months if unanswered. Request earlier deletion by replying to any message.

Access and correction

Reply to any email from us, or write to the postal address in the footer — the second Schedule 1 principle of PDPA — to request access, correction, or a request not to contact you, at no charge.

Some pages link to URA, LTA or press articles. Those sites have their own policies; this policy covers only the one-chuan-grove pages.
